Himgiri Zee University, renamed Jigyasa University in 2024, is a private university founded in 2003. Supported by the TALEEM Research Foundation of the Essel Group, it aims to bridge skill gaps through vocational, conventional, and distance education. The campus spans around 50–52 acres and is recognized by UGC, PCI, BCI, NCTE, and COA.

  • Admissions: Based on the merit of qualifying exams (10+2 or graduation). B.Tech may consider JEE; PG programs may accept entrance scores.

    • BCA/B.Sc: ₹2.4–3 L
    • MBA: ₹3 L
    • Hostels: ₹1.4–2.8 L depending on choices
